This is a working farm, there is no house on the land but an out-building with a kitchen and bathroom.There is a cellar set up and prepared for wine making and storing.The land produces, grapes, fruit and vegetables of all kinds, sheep, goats, chickens etc.The electric for the equipment in the kitchen is supplied by a generator.The wine cellar is complete with a treading sink which goes by pipe directly to barrels for maturing.
